Yes, I did say "HOPPY", in memory of Gig. She loves a good "Hoppy Easter"!! Anyway, we had Easter dinner at the Hawkins house tonight. It was perfect. Monica did a great job making everything look nice. We had ham, asparagus, HOMEMADE bread (thanks a lot Steph! I probably gained 5lbs on bread alone!), casserole, salad, deviled eggs (my Dad's fav) and these cupcakes for dessert....
So yummy!
