lost and found

I sure did have a scare. On Thursday as Steve and I were getting ready to walk out the door to work and a doctor's appointment, I went to grab my necklace to put on. Steve got me a new HF with a mom charm on it for mother's day. It wasn't clasped and I grabbed it really fast and one thing lead to another. It was as if it all happened in slow mo...I watched the charm fly off the chain and fall down the drain. I started screaming and scared Steve half to death. I could not believe it. My new charm, literally down the drain. I felt sick to my stomach. My first mother's day gift and I lose it. I am seriously lame. Anyway, Steve reassured me that it would be fine as long as we didn't turn on the water. We both had to leave right then, so we had to wait until we got home to fish it out. My father in law came over and lo and behold we got it out!! What a relief! I guess I need to find a better place to keep my necklaces!
