Haircuts!!

These are two of our nieces, Chandler and Sheridan. Aren't they darling? They were my last clients yesterday, so when I finished cutting their hair we went back to our house and hung out for a little bit. I was making dinner for Steve and they had to help me figure out how to use our new can opener. It was too funny because we could seriously not get it to work. After looking it up on the internet we finally figured it out. It was fun to be with these sweet girls!! I love them!

Threading

I might be obsessed! Steve's sister found this sweet lady named Mitra who does eyebrow threading. She works at a JC Penny salon in Orange (who knew JC Penny even had a salon?!?). Steve went a few weeks ago and got his done and they have never looked better. I finally went yesterday and was so impressed. I didn't really understand what it even was until I had it done, but boy does it work! I have been getting my eybrows waxed since 7th grade, so I feel like I am somewhat of an expert. It was fast, relatively painless and CHEAP!! Sweet Mitra only charges $10 for the eyebrows. You can't beat it, you really can't. So if you are ever driving on the 55 Freeway, stop into JC Penny. Your life will forever be changed.

Where are you Christmas??

Brinley is part of "Singer's Company". It's a group of girls from the community who perform song and dance numbers a few times a year. At her last Christmas performance, she sang a solo from Faith Hill's, "Where are you Christmas". She practiced it so dilligently that Taylin also learned the part.

Baby Becks!!

Beckham Ryan Hawkins was born on January 13th (much to Steph's dismay) at 11:42pm. It was a great labor for Steph and we are all excited for our first BOY in the Lark family of grandchildren. He really is the cutest little thing ever! I love baby Beckham!!
